Shipping Policy

At TME The Brand, we offer both made-to-order and in-stock products. Fulfillment method depends on the item selected and may evolve as our operations expand.

1. Order Processing & Production

Made-to-Order Items

Custom items require 6–12 business days for production before shipment. Production begins after your order is confirmed.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

In-Stock Items

Items marked as “In Stock” are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Free Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

Delivery timelines vary depending on location and carrier. Estimated delivery dates begin once your order has shipped.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive tracking within the applicable processing window, contact:

4. Shipping Delays

TME The Brand is not responsible for delays caused by:
  •    Shipping carriers
  •    Weather events
  •    Customs processing
  •    High-volume shipping periods
  •    Incorrect address information

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” TME The Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production begins or an order is processed for shipment, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

8. Policy Updates

TME The Brand reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
