Return & Exchange Policy

At TME The Brand, each item is carefully produced with attention to quality and detail. We stand behind our quality and are committed to making your order right.

1. 14-Day Exchange & Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible:
       •       Item must be unworn
       •       Item must be unwashed
       •       Item must be in original condition
       •       No visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Free Exchanges

If you need a different size or replacement, we will exchange your item free of charge.

We will:
       •       Provide a prepaid return shipping label
       •       Process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected
       •       Ship the corrected item at no additional cost

Our goal is to make your order right.

3. Returns for Refund

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected:
       •       Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
       •       Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

       •       Order number
       •       Clear photos of the item
       •       Photo of packaging
       •       Description of issue

We will replace the item immediately at no cost to you.

5. Return Shipping

TME The Brand provides free return shipping for approved returns and exchanges.

A prepaid return label will be issued after your request is approved.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
       •       Items showing signs of wear
       •       Items damaged by misuse
       •       Items returned beyond the 14-day window
