1. Processing & Production Times
Production timelines vary depending on the product category.
Luxury Footwear & Italian-Made Products
Our luxury footwear and select premium products are handcrafted in Italy and require additional production time for quality control and finishing.

• 6–12 business days
Premium Clothing & Accessories
Premium apparel, accessories, and select lifestyle products are processed and prepared within:

• 3–12 business days
Production begins after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Once production is completed, orders are shipped using express shipping services whenever available.
Estimated Shipping Times:
• United States: approximately 2–5 business days after shipment
• International: delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
Total estimated delivery time depends on the product category, production schedule, and shipping destination.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on:
• destination country
• customs processing
• carrier availability
• local import regulations
All international orders are still produced within their applicable production timeframe before shipment.
4. Shipping Rates
We currently offer complimentary standard shipping on eligible domestic orders within the United States.
Additional international shipping charges may apply depending on destination and order size.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information is sent via email once an order has shipped.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details at the email address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive tracking information within the applicable production timeframe, please contact us directly.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information during checkout.
TME The Brand is not responsible for:
• delays caused by incorrect addresses
• failed deliveries due to incomplete information
• carrier issues resulting from address errors
Additional reshipping fees may apply when packages are returned due to customer address errors.
7. Shipping Delays
While we work hard to fulfill every order promptly, certain delays may occasionally occur due to:

• carrier delays
• customs inspections
• high-volume seasons
• production demand
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, TME The Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a delivery claim if necessary.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible due to the custom production process.
